• Manta ray sightings are not guaranteed as they depend on natural conditions.
• Snorkeling spots, tour routes, and boat schedules may change due to weather, sea conditions, harbour conditions, or safety reasons.
• Non-swimmers can join with safety equipment and guide assistance.
• Guests should wear comfortable footwear as some destinations include stairs, walking paths, or uneven surfaces.
• Cancellation fees apply based on the cancellation time: 10% for more than 7 days before the tour, 25% for 7 days before, 50% for 24 hours before, and 100% for less than 24 hours before departure.
